In early June, media outlets across the world featured groundbreaking research undertaken by the Kipnis Lab at the University of Virginia. Published in Nature, this study showed the presence of a lymphatic system in the brain, a finding that goes against decades of established knowledge, and is a key step forward for the investigation of many neurological diseases, such as multiple sclerosis.  Recently, Brett spoke with lead investigator, Professor Jonathan Kipnis, to discuss this research in more detail. We are proud and excited to now share this discussion with you.

If you have any questions relating to the work of the Kipnis Lab, please don’t hesitate to submit them to us via our Contact page (located here).  If we can’t answer them immediately, we will seek answers from Professor Kipnis on your behalf.
