We love providing the opportunity for members of our community to interact directly with MS researchers from around the world. Whilst our Google Hangouts have been really well received in the past, we know that the platform has posed problems for many people.

Therefore, from now on, we will be using Zoom Video Communications to conduct all of our live researcher Q&As.  Zoom requires a one-time, free plugin download via the link below. Once installed, community members will be able to join any scheduled discussion simply by clicking on the direct event link, which will published to Facebook and emailed to MStranslate Mailing List subscribers shortly before each Q&A is set to commence.

While Zoom will prompt you to create a username to participate, it is important to note this will exist independently of any personal online profiles. This means you can be as anonymous as you wish. You can also participate by video, audio or just text (instant messaging) during the call, depending on your preference.
